I have rung up enquiring about all sorts of problems with my email, internet connection and even about receiving and opening attachments, not strictly timewarp's problem, but my own ignorance. The staff are always really supportive and helpful and well worth the extra I pay, compared to friends on AOL etc. who offer no real support to the customer. The staff are warm and friendly and can't do enough to help me. Choosing Timewarp was definitely one of my better choices. One staff member even sent me adaware to help rid me of the horrid bugs that had got into my system.
