"Having been a customer of Timewarp since 1997, I can honestly
say that I intend to be with them for a long long time. The fact
that I could choose to be with one of the larger Providers in what
they call 'a free service' doesn't excite me at all. I want a service
Provider who is at the end of the phone, who is patient and who
is sympathetic of the fact that I am not a whiz kid, and can't take
my computer apart! I need to be talked through with every problem
I encounter and can honestly say that Timewarp's helpful approach
works every time. I recently upgraded my computer and converted
to Windows XP and Timewarp came up trumps by supplying the full
package. They also installed all of my software and did the total
transfer of all my files so that all I had to do was switch the
machine on when I got home and it was all systems go!
As someone who can use a computer well but has no idea what is
'under the bonnet' - Timewarp provides me with total peace of mind
knowing that there is always someone there for me."

"I think the customer service is second to none. I have rung
up enquiring about all sorts of problems with my email, internet
connection and even about receiving and opening attachments, not
strictly timewarp's problem, but my own ignorance. The staff are
always really supportive and helpful and well worth the extra I
pay, compared to friends on AOL etc. who offer no real support to
the customer. The staff are warm and friendly and can't do enough
to help me. Choosing Timewarp was definitely one of my better choices.
One staff member even sent me adaware to help rid me of the horrid
bugs that had got into my system.
If I ever have any kind of problem with my computer someone is always
there to assist and they go beyond what I would have expected. Great
service, great staff, great value for money."
